If you're looking for a Collections Account Manager role where you can take ownership of your own portfolio, build trusted customer relationships, and develop your expertise within a growing specialist lender, this could be the opportunity you're looking for. You'll play a key role in helping customers find practical solutions while protecting the commercial interests of the business.

As a Collections Account Manager you'll join a collaborative team where every case is assessed on its own merits, giving you the autonomy to make informed recommendations and develop your knowledge in specialist property finance. As the business continues its ambitious growth, you'll have the opportunity to grow alongside it.

Package & Benefits

• Salary of £30,000 to £32,000 per annum.
• 24 days' holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 days after one year's service.

About the Company

You'll be joining a fast-growing specialist bridging finance property finance lender. The business is committed to building long-term relationships through flexibility, reliability, and a people-first approach as it continues its ambitious nationwide growth.

Key Responsibilities for the Collections Account Manager:

• Managing a portfolio of customer accounts, providing proactive support from initial contact through to resolution.
• Assessing accounts in arrears and recommend commercially appropriate solutions while balancing customer outcomes and business objectives.
• Building strong relationships with customers and third-party suppliers to achieve prompt and effective resolutions.
• Managing more complex accounts through to receivership as your experience develops.

About You

• Previous experience in collections, account management client relationship manager or similar.
• Strong IT skills with GCSE English and Maths or equivalent.
• Able to manage multiple customer accounts while maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent service.
