For our client, we're looking for a Project Manager for an Oracle ERP/Oracle Fusion implementation project.

The client sets the following mandatory requirements for the consultant:

• At least 8 years of Full time experience as a Project Manager on large-scale IT or business transformation projects, out of which at least 3 years of full time experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role on Oracle ERP/Oracle Fusion implementation projects
• Demonstrated experience from large transformation projects in the money gaming industry.
• Experience managing project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans in complex multi-workstream environments
• Fluent written and spoken communication skills in both Finnish and English

In addition, the client expects the consultant to demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:

• Day-to-day project management including status reporting, issue and action tracking, and governance reporting
• Developing and maintaining integrated project plans and schedules
• Coordinating workstream leads and managing cross-functional dependencies
• Reporting project status to governance forums and senior stakeholders
• Managing project forecast and budget in project management tools (eg, Oracle Fusion or equivalent)
• Risk and issue identification and management, including escalation to the Deputy Program Director
• Stakeholder communication and formal project reporting pack preparation
• Familiarity with PMO standards and project governance tools (eg, Jira, MS Project)

Work period: 17 August 2026 - 31 January 2027.

Location: Helsinki (60% onsite) rest can be Remote.
