Chartered Building Surveyor / Senior Building Surveyor- Leeds

I’m currently working with a leading global property consultancy that is looking to appoint a Chartered Building Surveyor or Senior Building Surveyor into their Leeds Building Consultancy team.

This is a genuinely varied role offering a blend of professional services and project-led work, supporting major investors, landlords, and occupiers across a diverse commercial portfolio. The team has a strong reputation in the market and offers a collaborative, high-performing environment with clear progression opportunities.

The Opportunity:

You’ll be involved in delivering a broad range of core Building Surveying services, including:

* Dilapidations (landlord & tenant)

* Contract Administration

* Project Running

* Reinstatement Cost Assessments

* Schedules of Condition

* Building pathology, defect analysis, and reporting

Beyond delivery work, the role offers real scope to:

* Take ownership of key client relationships

* Support and mentor junior surveyors

* Collaborate with colleagues across project management, valuation, agency, and asset management teams

* Contribute to business development and wider team initiatives

* Gain exposure to regional and pan-European instructions where required
