The day to day:
Lead & Inspire: Recruit, develop, coach, and motivate a team of 40+ to achieve outstanding results.
Customer Experience: Create a culture where exceptional service is delivered consistently, building lasting customer relationships.
Drive Performance: Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve and exceed sales and profitability targets.
Commercial Leadership: Use data and insight to identify opportunities, maximise performance, and respond to market trends.
Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and consistently high standards.
People Development: Build a strong leadership team through coaching, succession planning, and continuous development.
