SEN Teaching Assistant - Ealing & Surrounding Areas
Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and helping them reach their full potential?
We are currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to work in schools across Ealing and the surrounding areas. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN), ADHD, learning difficulties, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and SENCOs to provide tailored support, helping pupils access learning, develop confidence, and thrive both academically and socially.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience working with children or young people with SEN (preferred but not essential)
Knowledge or experience supporting pupils with Autism, Speech and Language needs, ADHD, SEMH, or other additional needs
A patient, caring, and resilient approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for supporting children with diverse learning needs
The right to work in the UKWe offer:
£95-£120 per day, depending on experience and qualifications
Flexible full-time and part-time opportunities
Weekly pay
Ongoing support from a dedicated education consultant
