Job Title: Senior Sales Negotiator
Working Hours: 5 days per week, including every other Saturday (with a day off in lieu when a Saturday is worked)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with a proven track record in residential sales to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Registering and qualifying potential buyers.
* Conducting sales valuations and securing new instructions
* Conducting property viewings with professionalism and enthusiasm
* Negotiating tterms between buyers and sellers to achieve the best outcome for all parties
* Delivering exceptional customer service to sellers and buers throughout the process
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with all parties to encourage repeat business and referrals
* Supporting the wider team in achieving branch targets
* Keeping up to date with legislation, compliance, and local sales market trends
About You
* At least 2 years experience in the UK property sales industry is essential
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Results-driven with the ability to work under pressure
* Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
* A proactive, professional, and positive approach
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
