The Company

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established precision engineering business operating within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment in Speke, Liverpool. Due to continued demand, they are looking for an experienced CNC Turner Setter/Operator to join their team.

The Role

* Setting and operating fixed-head CNC lathes to produce precision-engineered components

* Operating Fanuc-controlled CNC machines to tight tolerances and strict quality standards

* Carrying out machine setups, tool changes, in-process inspections, and routine maintenance checks

* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and production specifications accurately

* Maintaining excellent health, safety, and cleanliness standards within a regulated manufacturing environment

* Working efficiently to achieve production targets while ensuring consistency and component quality

The Candidate

* Proven experience as a CNC Turner Setter/Operator — essential

* Fanuc control experience — essential

* Ability to read and work from engineering drawings

* Experience in a regulated, quality-focused manufacturing environment advantageous

* Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and H&S compliance

* Reliable, consistent, and able to meet production targets
