As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Mortgage Administrator to join our team. This role offers a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and an interest in the mortgage industry.

Role Overview:
As a Mortgage Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the mortgage application process, liaising with clients, lenders, and brokers to ensure smooth and timely processing of applications. You will handle administrative tasks, manage documentation, and provide a high level of customer service throughout the mortgage process.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and process mortgage applications from submission through to completion, ensuring accuracy and compliance with lender requirements.

* Liaise with clients, mortgage brokers, lenders, and solicitors to collect necessary documentation and information.

* Monitor and track the progress of each application, ensuring all deadlines are met and issues are resolved promptly.

* Prepare and submit all required documentation to lenders and ensure that any additional requirements are fulfilled.

* Maintain and update client files, ensuring all data is recorded accurately on CRM systems.

* Handle queries from clients and third parties, providing timely and accurate responses.

* Ensure all compliance requirements are met and that all documentation adheres to regulatory standards.

* Work closely with the sales team and mortgage advisors to support the end-to-end mortgage process.

* Assist in managing post-completion administrative duties, including tracking completion dates and preparing client packs.

* Keep up-to-date with market trends, products, and changes in mortgage regulation.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Previous experience in mortgage administration or financial services administration is highly desirable.

* Knowledge of the mortgage industry and products is preferred.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

* Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
