We're looking for an experienced Family Outreach Worker to join a dedicated team in Liverpool on a 3-month temporary contract.
This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference by supporting children, young people, and families, helping them overcome challenges and improve their overall wellbeing.
The Role
As a Family Outreach Worker, you will:
* Provide practical and emotional support to children, young people, and their families.
* Work closely with partner agencies to deliver tailored support plans.
* Promote positive outcomes and help families access the services they need.
* Manage a caseload while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
* Ensure safeguarding policies and procedures are followed at all times.
Requirements
* Previous experience working with children, young people, and families.
* Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and effectively manage a varied caseload.
