We're partnering with a leading consumer business to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team on an initial six-month contract. (with a chance of going perm)

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure the very best talent.

What you'll be doing:

Managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of corporate and operational roles.
Partnering closely with hiring managers, providing expert recruitment advice and market insight.
Proactively sourcing and engaging high-quality talent using a range of attraction methods.
Delivering an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through to offer.
Supporting recruitment projects and helping to drive continuous improvement across the hiring process.
Using recruitment data and market insight to influence hiring decisions and improve outcomes.We're looking for someone who:

Has previous in-house Talent Acquisition experience, ideally within a fast-paced consumer, retail, hospitality, FMCG or similar environment.
Is confident managing multiple vacancies and stakeholders simultaneously.
Takes a proactive, solutions-focused approach and enjoys building strong relationships.
Is commercially minded and passionate about finding great talent.
Can hit the ground running and is available to start immediately or at very short notice.What's on offer?

Salary of £45,000 - £55,000, depending on experience.
