Are you an experienced IT/AV sales professional who thrives on building long-term client relationships and growing key accounts while working remotely with full autonomy and uncapped earning potential?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing organisation with a strong reputation for delivering tailored IT and AV solutions across the education, local government, and healthcare sectors. With continued year-on-year growth, the business is now focusing on strengthening and expanding its account management function.

In this role, you will take ownership of a portfolio of existing clients across the public sector, nurturing relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. While there is an element of new business, the primary focus is on developing and maximising existing accounts through a consultative, relationship-led approach.

You will be supported by an experienced technical and delivery team, enabling you to focus on client engagement, solution alignment, and long-term account development. This role would suit a commercially driven individual who enjoys managing key relationships and delivering value to clients over time.

The Role:

Managing and growing a portfolio of education and government accounts
Building strong, long-term client relationships to drive repeat business
Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing clients
Collaborating with internal technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
Supporting new business activity where requiredThe Person

Experience managing accounts within education and/or government sectors
Background in IT and/or AV solutions
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Commercially driven with a focus on account growth and retention
