UP TO £100,000 DOE
Are you a Head of Wholesale in the area looking for a new challenge at an industry leading giant based in Gloucestershire?
Our client is an industry leading brand based in Gloucestershire. They are looking for a Head of Wholesale to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The role:
Define and execute a wholesale growth strategy aligned with the company's positioning in the market
Consistently identify new opportunities across the globe
Own, nurture and develop relationships with existing key accounts
Manage seasonal order books, sales targets and wholesale P&L, providing regular forecasting and performance reporting to the senior leadership team
Lead and mentor the Wholesale team, fostering a high performance culture
Collaborate closely with all teams to ensure that the wholesale range is commercially optimised
Represent the company at events and conferences, acting as a brand ambassador
Monitor competitor activity, market trends and challenges to identify new opportunities
Work closely with operations and logistics to ensure fulfillment, delivery windows, and service levels consistently exceed expectations
Experience and skills:
Significant wholesale experience in a D2C environment
Proven track record of commercial growth
Established, standing relationships across the globe
Demonstrated ability to manage wholesale P&L, budgets and forecasting
Experience leading a commercial wholesale team
