Freelance Site Manager – Chelmsford | 5-Month Contract

I'm currently working with a well-established main contractor who is looking to appoint a Freelance Site Manager to join their team on a 5-storey new build care home project in Chelmsford (CM1 7FN).

You'll be supporting the Project Manager through the internal fit-out stages of the project, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard.

The Role:

* Freelance Site Manager

* 5-month contract (remainder of the project)

* 5-storey new build care home

* Supporting the Project Manager during the internal phases

* Site based in Chelmsford (CM1 7FN)

* Immediate start available
