What You'll Be Doing

✔ Providing comprehensive administrative support to the wider team

✔ Preparing correspondence, reports, presentations and business documentation

✔ Managing electronic filing systems and maintaining accurate records

✔ Handling client enquiries and communications professionally and efficiently

✔ Coordinating diaries, scheduling meetings and managing calendars

✔ Supporting document management, compliance processes and internal administration

✔ Assisting with invoicing, billing and general office administration

✔ Liaising confidently with clients, suppliers and internal departments

✔ Managing multiple priorities while ensuring deadlines are consistently met

✔ Providing additional administrative support across the business as required

What We're Looking For

💡 Previous experience within an Administration, Office Support, Business Support or Customer Service role

💡 Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail

💡 Strong written and verbal communication skills

💡 Ability to prioritise a busy workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

💡 Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook and Excel

💡 A proactive, positive and professional approach to work

💡 Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships

💡 Experience within a professional services environment would be advantageous but is not essential
