Connect Appointments is recruiting a Project Manager to join a growing energy solutions business based in Glasgow.
This isn't a role where you'll be one of dozens of project managers in a large corporate structure. Our client is a focused, ambitious business in the energy and building services sector - offering genuine ownership of projects, direct contact with stakeholders and real influence over how the business grows.
What's on offer?
Full-time permanent position
£45,000 to £60,000 per annum - dependent on experience
Genuine career development and progression as the business growsAs a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Leading the full project lifecycle from planning and coordination through to delivery and handover
Managing project timelines, budgets, milestones and reporting throughout
Procuring materials and subcontractors to meet project and budget targets
Overseeing contractor and vendor performance and facilitating inspections and compliance checks
Coordinating logistics and driving team collaboration to meet quality, time and budget requirements
Supporting the sales team with site surveys where requiredTo be considered as a Project Manager, you will need:
An HNC in Building Services or equivalent is essential
A minimum of 5 years project management experience within M&E, energy or building services
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical services and BMS controls and strategies
Proven experience in procurement, subcontractor management and budget control
