Technical Sales Engineer
Norfolk / Hybrid | £50,000 - £60,000 + Company Car
Engineering sales isn't just about winning orders.
Sometimes it's about becoming the person customers trust to solve complex manufacturing challenges.
We're working exclusively with an established UK engineering manufacturer looking to strengthen its commercial team with an experienced Technical Sales Engineer.
This isn't a high-volume sales role. It's a consultative position where you'll work closely with customers, understand their applications and develop practical engineering solutions alongside an experienced technical team.
You'll inherit existing accounts, support a network of distributors and identify new opportunities across the UK.
The role offers genuine autonomy, direct access to senior decision-makers and the opportunity to influence the future direction of a growing manufacturing business.
We're interested in speaking with people who have experience selling:
• Engineering products
• Industrial equipment
• Manufacturing solutions
• Automation
• Material handling equipment
• Capital equipment or similar technical products
Direct industry experience isn't essential.
Being commercially credible, technically curious and able to build long-term customer relationships is.
