An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Product Manager to join a dynamic Supply & Logistics team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys solving problems, and has a passion for delivering exceptional service across the supply chain.

Working closely with supermarkets, suppliers, pack houses, transport providers and internal teams, the successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring products move efficiently from source to customer. From managing orders and stock levels to analysing data and coordinating multiple stakeholders, no two days will be the same.

What they’ll be doing

* Analysing supplier invoices and third-party job sheets, resolving discrepancies where required.

* Preparing weekly supplier programmes and invoice schedules.

* Maintaining excellent communication with both internal and external stakeholders while meeting tight deadlines.

What they’re looking for

The ideal candidate will be confident, organised and solutions-focused, with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. They will enjoy working collaboratively while also being able to manage their own workload in a busy operational environment.

Experience in supply chain, logistics, fresh produce or other short shelf-life products would be advantageous but is not essential.

Skills & Experience

* Strong organisational and time management skills.

* Excellent analytical and numerical ability.

* Advanced attention to detail and accuracy.

* Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

* Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and other IT systems.

* Experience interpreting and analysing data.

This is an opportunity to join a supportive, collaborative team where every individual plays an important part in delivering outstanding service. The successful candidate will gain exposure to all aspects of the fresh produce supply chain while developing their skills in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Hybrid role. One day per week in the office, rest working from home. Weekend working will initially be one weekend in four, with occasional Bank Holiday cover required to support business operations
