This is an excellent opportunity to lead a small, Good-rated residential and nursing home providing residential, nursing, dementia and respite care within a welcoming, person-centred environment.

The Role
As Care Home Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring exceptional standards of care while delivering strong operational and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, inspire and develop your team
* Maintain high standards of care and CQC compliance
* Drive occupancy and build relationships within the local community
* Manage budgets and achieve financial targets
* Support residents and their families with a person-centred approach
* Promote a positive culture focused on dignity, quality and continuous improvement
About You
You'll ideally have:
* Previous experience as a Registered Care Home Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step into their first Home Manager role
* A proven track record of achieving strong CQC outcomes
* Excellent leadership and people management skills
* Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and occupancy
* Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding
* A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care
