A wonderful SEN school in Hillingdon are in search for an experienced HLTA. The school’s students are on the Autistic Spectrum and will need a great deal of support during lessons. The HLTA will be working with students with Autistic Spectrum Disorder/Severe learning difficulties, and the ideal HLTA which the school is seeking will need to be resilient and committed to help students learn and progress.

Students at the school are on the autistic spectrum and have severe learning or communication difficulties therefore the HLTA must be determined to help all students with their needs whilst keeping a positive attitude. The successful HLTA will be responsible for supporting students and help in delivering a personalised curriculum to individual children and groups depending on their abilities. In order to have an impact you will need the ability to motivate each child and to ensure the quality of teaching and learning meets the schools’ expectations.
