Bradford (Hybrid)

£45,000–£60,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £70,000+)

We're partnering with a successful and fast-growing Managed Service Provider in Bradford that's continuing to invest in its commercial team. Specialising in managed IT services, cloud solutions, and cyber security, they support businesses across the UK and have built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality technical solutions and outstanding customer service.

Due to continued growth, they're looking for an ambitious Account Manager who enjoys developing existing client relationships while actively winning new business.

The Opportunity

This is a hybrid role that combines account management with business development. You'll inherit an established portfolio of clients to nurture and grow, whilst also identifying and securing new business opportunities through proactive outreach and prospecting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop relationships with an existing portfolio of clients.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell managed IT, cloud, and cyber security services.
Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring exceptional service and long-term retention.
Conduct regular account reviews to identify business needs and growth opportunities.
Work closely with technical teams to deliver tailored IT solutions.
Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline across Bradford and the wider UK market.
Achieve and exceed individual sales and revenue targets.About You

Previous experience in an Account Manager, Business Development, or Sales role within an MSP or IT services environment.
A proven ability to grow existing accounts while generating new business.
Comfortable making outbound calls and developing opportunities from scratch.
Strong commercial awareness with a consultative sales approach.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Highly organised, self-motivated, and driven to achieve targets.What's on Offer
