Hours: 8-6 Mon-Fri and 1 in 4 Saturdays

**Experience of working in a car dealership is essential**
Mpeople Recruitment are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our clients busy team based in Oldham.
As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience by managing service bookings, coordinating repair work, and keeping customers informed throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
* Book and schedule service and repair appointments.
* Prepare accurate estimates and invoices for completed work.
* Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicle, including completion times and any unexpected delays.
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries.
* Liaise with technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently and communicate any additional work required.
* Contact customers to explain recommended repairs and obtain approval before work is carried out.
* Identify opportunities to promote additional products and services where appropriate.
* Ensure all paperwork and administrative tasks are completed accurately.
* Contribute to a positive customer experience while supporting the overall performance of the service department.
The successful candidate will have:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a car dealership is essential.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* The ability to build rapport and manage customer expectations professionally.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
* A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively within a team.
* Good attention to detail and administration skills.
* Previous experience of using Kerridge is advantageous.
* A full clean UK driving licence.
