We are seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to take ownership of the demand versus supply plan for a high-performing manufacturing value stream. As a Master Scheduler, you will optimise capacity, inventory, and production plans while ensuring customer requirements and revenue forecasts are achieved.

The successful Master Scheduler will lead forecasting activities, develop and maintain the master production schedule, drive MRP, conduct capacity and material availability analysis, and collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Production Planning, Supply Chain, and Sales. This Master Scheduler position is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Requirements

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Master Scheduler, Planner, Production Controller, Buyer, or similar role within a technology, engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, or mechanical environment.
Strong understanding of ERP systems, MRP, inventory control, capacity planning, and production scheduling.
Experience balancing demand, forecast, backlog, and production capacity.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work to demanding commercial and operational deadlines.
Collaborative approach with strong communication skills at all organisational levels.
Key Responsibilities

Own and maintain the master production schedule.
Lead demand and supply planning activities.
Conduct capacity planning and available-to-promise analysis.
Drive MRP and support inventory optimisation.
Coordinate new product introductions and engineering changes.
Review customer performance metrics and delivery commitments.
Support business forecasting and operational planning processes.
