My client is seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their specialist litigation team based in their Middleton office.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage your own caseload of clinical negligence claims from instruction through to conclusion.
• Advise and support clients throughout the claims process with empathy and professionalism.
• Investigate liability and quantum, instructing experts where appropriate.
• Prepare legal documentation and correspondence to a high standard.
• Conduct negotiations and progress matters towards settlement or trial where required.
• Maintain accurate case records using the firm's case management system.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• A minimum of 3 years' PQE.
• Experience managing a varied clinical negligence caseload.
• Experience handling claims involving the NHS, private consultants and GP practices.
• Strong litigation and case management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong client care and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
