Support Worker Co-ordinator Office Based
Location: - Aylesbury | £28,500 - £35,000 + Company Pension
Not all superheroes wear capes.
Some carry a diary, have 27 tabs open, know exactly where the DBS paperwork is, and somehow manage to keep everyone calm while spinning a dozen plates. These can sometimes be known as Support Worker Co Ordinator's!
If that sounds suspiciously like you, we'd love to meet you.
We're looking for a Support Worker Co-ordinator to join our friendly team, working alongside experienced Neurological Case Managers to recruit, support and retain exceptional care staff for clients living with complex neurological conditions and traumatic injuries.
This isn't just another recruitment or admin role.
It's about making sure the right people are in the right place at the right time, so our clients receive life-changing support every single day.
What your days will look like...
No two are ever the same (thankfully!).
You'll be:
* ** Recruiting and welcoming amazing Support Workers into the team.
* ** Co-ordinating inductions, training, DBS checks and references.
* ** Keeping care plans, risk assessments and client documentation accurate and up to date.
* ** Carrying out supervisions, appraisals and competency checks.
* ** Being the friendly link between Support Workers, Case Managers, clients, families and HR.
* ** Keeping compliance, payroll information and HR records beautifully organised (yes, even the paperwork deserves some love!).
You'll be brilliant if you...
* ** Love bringing order to organised chaos.
* ** Can juggle priorities without dropping the important ones.
* ** Enjoy building genuine relationships with people.
* ** Have a sharp eye for detail and understand the importance of compliance.
* ** Are confident balancing recruitment, administration and people support.
* ** Believe that great care starts with great people.
* ** Have at least 2 years experience within a Co ordinating role.
* ** Have previous care experience within our sector
Why you'll love working with us
Every phone call you make, every interview you arrange, every induction you organise and every form you complete helps someone receive the quality care they deserve.
It's one of those rare jobs where your organisation genuinely changes lives.
And yes...there will be spreadsheets. We know some of you secretly love them. Plus you will get
- Full on site Job training,
- Company Pension Scheme
- ability to be promoted within,
- Good Annual leave allowance.
Some important bits...
This role is subject to satisfactory references and an Enhanced DBS check, which we'll happily pay for.
Please note you must have the full right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we're unable to offer sponsorship for this position. ( We respectfully request you do not apply if you do not have full right to work in the UK, as we do not like to decline experienced staff. It makes us sad.
If you're looking for a role where your people skills matter just as much as your organisational skills—and where every day brings a new challenge and a real sense of purpose—we'd love to hear from you.
Apply today. Because changing lives starts with finding the right people. time
