Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Lewisham
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 3.45pm
Pay: £105 - £120 per day
We are partnering with a warm, welcoming, and inclusive primary school in Lewisham that is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide one-to-one support for a Year 1 pupil with ASD.
This is a full-time opportunity starting as soon as possible, with the potential to continue into the next academic year.
We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in Early Years education and supporting children with SEN, who can make a positive impact on the pupil's learning and development.
Key Responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant:
Support pupils with their learning in class, in small groups, and on a one-to-one basis.
Work closely with pupils with SEN, helping them access learning and follow support plans.
Assist the teacher with classroom activities and behaviour management.
Observe pupils' progress and provide feedback to the teacher when neededWhat we're looking for:
Teaching Assistant experience & SEN experience.
A warm, patient, and engaging approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
