Infrastructure Analyst
Liverpool or Manchester | Hybrid (2 Days On-Site)

An Infrastructure Analyst is required for our legal client who are embarking on a major technology transformation programme.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across a modern technology estate, supporting infrastructure projects, cloud adoption initiatives and the ongoing evolution of critical business systems. You'll join a collaborative team working across the UK and internationally, with exposure to technologies including Azure, VMware, Software Defined WAN and SaaS/IaaS platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery, maintenance and continuous improvement of infrastructure services
Provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle, from design through to BAU support
Act as an escalation point for complex infrastructure issues
Support disaster recovery and high-availability solutions
Create and maintain technical documentation, test plans and recovery procedures
Contribute to infrastructure projects and service improvement initiatives
Participate in out-of-hours support when requiredEssential Skills
VMware administration
Microsoft Azure, including Entra ID
Windows Server 2016, 2019 & 2022
Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Sites & Services
Disaster Recovery and High Availability concepts
Networking fundamentals, routing and troubleshooting
SolarWinds, SNMP or similar monitoring tools
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsDesirable Skills
Azure certifications (AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-700)
Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, Intune)
Azure Virtual Machines, SSO, MFA and SAML
Hyper-V, FortiGate and Mimecast
ITIL Foundation
Cyber Security interest or experience
Legal applications such as iManage, Aderant or BigHandThis is a fantastic opportunity for an Infrastructure Engineer or Infrastructure Analyst looking to join a business investing heavily in modern infrastructure and cloud technologies
