* Start Date: Immediate
* Salary/Rate: £15 - £20 per hour + Time & a Half Overtime
Our client is a well-established, specialist tubular engineering and fabrication company based in Daventry. Operating with a tight-knit, skilled team of around 30 people, they pride themselves on high-quality precision engineering and a supportive working environment. Due to a strong pipeline of work, they are looking for an experienced Welder Fabricator to join their workshop immediately.
This is a hands-on workshop role focusing on high-quality tubular fabrication. You will be working on a variety of projects, including bespoke handrails and manifolds, executing tube-on-tube welds and fitting-to-tube fabrications.

* Fabrication Experience: Ability to read engineering drawings, prepare materials, and fabricate accurately.
* Testing: You must be confident in your weld integrity, as a weld test forms part of the interview process.

* Friday Shift: 06:00 – 12:00.
* Overtime: Friday morning hours (and any additional extended shifts, e.g., 6am–6pm) are paid at an enhanced rate of Time and a Half (1.5x).
Benefits & Progression
* Temp-to-Perm: A genuine opportunity to secure a long-term, stable permanent role after a 3–6 month initial period.
* Health Benefits: Once permanent, you will receive long-term medical cover.
* Growth and development opportunities within a friendly, established team of 30
