Bright Dawn Home Care – Dorridge, Knowle, Solihull & Surrounding Areas

Pay: £13.25 – £14 per hour + mileage reimbursement

Hours: Flexible – design a schedule that suits you, with availability needed for mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends.

* Support mobility, transfers, and gentle exercises

* Follow individualised care plans and report observations

* Build positive relationships with clients and their families

* Engage clients in activities to support mental and physical wellbeing

What We’re Looking For:

* Caring, compassionate, and reliable individuals

* Strong communication skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

* Flexibility for mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends

* Full right to work in the UK

* Good spoken and written English

* (Experience not essential – full training provided)
