The Role

Learn to build relationships with leading engineering and construction businesses across the UK
Develop your own client portfolio through business development and consultative sales
Source and screen skilled candidates, project managing the interview / offer process
Negotiate offers and manage the recruitment process from start to finish
Become a recognised specialist within your field

We're Looking For

College or Uni Graduate (or graduating soon) or someone with sales/customer-facing experience
Competitive, ambitious and motivated to achieve their work / personal goals
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, confident communicator
Looking for genuine long-term career progression
