People Operations Lead – Site Based
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
Location: Solihull
Hours: 40 hours per week (between 8:00am – 6:00pm)
Contract Type: Permanent

We're looking for a passionate and approachable People Operations Lead to be the face of people on site. You'll play a key role in creating a positive employee experience by supporting colleagues, championing wellbeing, and delivering people initiatives that make our workplace a great place to be.
What You'll Be Doing
Be the first point of contact for employee queries, providing friendly and professional support.
Monitor employee feedback and identify opportunities to improve workplace culture and engagement.
Plan and deliver employee engagement activities
Support onboarding and deliver welcoming inductions for new starters.
Maintain accurate employee records and support the administration of people processes, including starters, leavers, and contractual changes
Escalate complex employee relations matters to the People Operations Manager where appropriate.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in People Operations, or Employee Engagement.
A genuine passion for people and creating a great employee experience.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Highly organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Professional, approachable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
