London, United Kingdom
Sales
Immediate Start
£50k - £65k Annual
Full-Time - Remote
Are you ready to take full ownership of stock strategy for a high-growth brand? Profiles Creative is proud to partner with a dynamic and fast-expanding fashion and accessories business, to recruit a remote-first Merchandise Manager / Stock Planner. Reporting directly to the Founder, you will step into a pivotal, highly visible role where your forecasting accuracy and commercial insight will directly shape our product strategy, trade performance, and global expansion.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering the ultimate flexibility of remote working, with occasional collaborative meetings in London (including optional access to a vibrant WeWork space). As our sole Merchandising lead, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategic planning and day-to-day trading. From managing critical paths to collaborating with senior leadership on seasonal launches, you will have the autonomy to make a tangible impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities

* WSSI & Demand Forecasting: Own and manage the Weekly Stock, Sales, and Intake (WSSI) system, forecasting cash, units, gross margin, cover, and intake across B2B, DTC, Marketplace, and Amazon channels.

* Trading & Performance Analysis: Analyse weekly trade performance, presenting key metrics to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and taking real-time action to optimise stock levels and replenishment.

* End-to-End Supply Chain Management: Work closely with the Product Manager, factories, and warehouses to manage the critical path, schedule combined shipments, and raise and track purchase orders.

* Vendor & System Ownership: Maintain daily communication with global suppliers to resolve delivery issues, whilst owning the product setup process and ensuring absolute data accuracy across all platforms.

* Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the SLT to drive range development, plan seasonal launches, identify margin optimisation opportunities, and refine budgeting and long-term stock planning.

Required Skills & Experience

* Expertise in WSSI & Forecasting: Proven experience in a merchandising, supply planning, or demand planning role where you have actively managed stock, cover, intake, and sales forecasting.

* Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills: Must be highly proficient in Excel, with the ability to build and manipulate forecasting tools using V/XLookups, SUM/COUNTIFS, and Index Match formulas.

* Commercial Drive & Adaptability: A self-starter attitude with the confidence to juggle operational admin (PO management and system setups) with big-picture strategic planning.

* Excellent Communication: Strong relationship-building skills to collaborate cross-functionally and manage daily negotiations with factories and suppliers.

* Right to Work: Candidates must possess full, unrestricted right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice-to-Have

* Prior experience working within the fashion, footwear, or accessories sectors.

* Experience managing multi-channel stock allocations across B2B, DTC, and Amazon marketplaces.

* Exposure to fast-growing, entrepreneurial business environments where you have built processes from scratch
