Primary Learning Mentor - Greenwich

Are you passionate about supporting children to reach their full potential within learning and emotional development?

Tradewind are seeking a caring, proactive and enthusiastic Primary Learning Mentor to join a friendly Primary School in Greenwich.

As a Learning Mentor you will work closely with pupils, teachers and families to help children overcome barriers to learning. You will provide tailored support, build positive relationships and promote well-being across the school community.

Key Responsibilities

Support children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health throughout the school
Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions
Work alongside Teachers to develop strategies that support learning and inclusion
Promote positive behaviour
Liaise with parents and carers whenever required Requirements

Experience working with children in a Primary Setting
Excellent communication skills
Ability to build relationships and act as a positive role model
Empathy and patience where required
Experience with promoting child developmentWe Offer
