About the role of Quantity Surveyor:
Long term freelance opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor in Essex.
I am currently assisting a market leading brand in their search for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Our client take pride in the developments they deliver and have regenerated various other schemes across the United Kingdom in the sectors of new build, fit out and refurbishment.
This an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team on a freelance basis for a minimum of 18 months. An opportunity to work with an established residential contractor on a large £100m+ regeneration scheme.
They are looking for someone that has a proven track record working and providing support with a Main contractor.
The ideal candidate for Senior Quantity Surveyor:
Main contracting experience
residential experience
