Key Responsibilities
* Carry out commercial shot blasting on a variety of surfaces and structures.
* Prepare surfaces to the required specification before coating or painting.
* Operate and maintain shot blasting equipment safely and efficiently.
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within project deadlines.
* Adhere to all health and safety procedures and site regulations.
* Maintain a clean and organised work area.
Requirements
* Previous commercial shot blasting experience is essential.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Good understanding of health and safety practices.
* Reliable, hardworking, and punctual.
