SENCO & Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)

Location: North London
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

A rare opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded independent preparatory school in North London as SENCO & Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL).

This senior leadership position offers the chance to shape and develop the school's inclusive provision within a warm, nurturing environment where every child is known as an individual. The Role

As SENCO & DSL, you will:

Lead and develop SEND provision across the school
Manage EHCPs, annual reviews and relationships with external agencies
Support teachers with inclusive classroom strategies and targeted interventions
Act as the school's Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)
Lead mental health and wellbeing initiatives
Build strong relationships with pupils, families and colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomesThe School Offers

Salary of up to £50,000, dependent on experience
