The Role
As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you'll work alongside experienced surveyors, supporting the delivery of a wide variety of professional and project-based surveying services. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with building surveys and inspections
* Preparing reports and technical documentation
* Supporting project management on refurbishment and maintenance schemes
* Carrying out defect diagnosis and condition surveys
* Assisting with contract administration duties
* Liaising with clients, contractors, and consultants
* Developing your knowledge of building regulations and construction best practice
* Working towards chartership with full APC support
