Traffic Marshal – Penn, High Wycombe

* Location: Penn, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire

* Pay Rate: £18.00 per hour CIS

* Hours: 9.5 hours paid per day

* Shift Times: 7:30am–5:30pm or 8:00am–6:00pm

* Duration: Long-term work – expected to last 2+ years

* Start: Immediate / ASAP

Munnelly Support Services is currently recruiting an experienced Traffic Marshal for a long-term construction project in Penn, High Wycombe.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and professional Traffic Marshal looking for consistent, long-term construction work. The successful candidate must hold a valid CPCS Traffic Marshal Card or NPORS Traffic Marshal Card.

Traffic Marshal Duties

* Managing the safe movement of construction vehicles, delivery vehicles, plant and machinery entering and leaving the site.

* Directing vehicles safely around designated site traffic routes.

* Maintaining safe segregation between vehicles, construction plant, site operatives, visitors and pedestrians.

* Monitoring exclusion zones, pedestrian walkways, crossing points and restricted areas.

* Ensuring all access and egress routes remain clear, controlled and free from obstructions.

* Supporting the site logistics plan and following all traffic management procedures.

* Reporting unsafe vehicle movements, damaged barriers, blocked routes, near misses and other health and safety concerns.

* Ensuring emergency access routes are kept clear at all times.

* Carrying out general gateperson, vehicle control and site logistics duties when required.

* Following site-specific RAMS, risk assessments, method statements and safe systems of work.

* Attending site inductions, daily briefings and toolbox talks.

* Complying with all site health and safety procedures and wearing the correct PPE at all times.

Requirements

* Valid CPCS Traffic Marshal Card or NPORS Traffic Marshal Card

* Good understanding of construction site traffic management, vehicle and pedestrian segregation, exclusion zones and delivery coordination.

* Ability to work safely around moving vehicles, plant and heavy machinery.

* Reliable, punctual and able to work the full required site hours.

* Good communication skills and a professional attitude.

* Valid right to work in the UK.

What We Offer

* £18.00 per hour CIS.
