Flexible People Ltd are currently recruiting experienced and reliable 3.5T Multidrop Delivery Van Drivers to join our client's busy delivery operation in and around Leeds. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for a 3.5T Multidrop Delivery Van Driver who enjoys being on the road, providing excellent customer service, and working as part of a professional team.
Location: Leeds – LS11 5JW
Salary: £31,473 per year
Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm
Hours: Monday to Friday, starting between 5:00 am and 6:00 am – No Weekends
The Role
As a 3.5T Multidrop Delivery Van Driver, you will be responsible for completing deliveries to hospitality and business customers across Leeds and the surrounding areas, ensuring every delivery is completed safely, accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a 3.5T van to complete daily multi-drop deliveries.
*
Load your vehicle each morning, ensuring goods are secure and handled with care.
*
Deliver orders to hospitality and business customers in a professional and timely manner.
*
Complete delivery paperwork and obtain customer signatures.
*
Provide excellent customer service on every delivery.
*
Keep the vehicle clean and roadworthy, reporting any defects promptly.
*
Ensure all deliveries are completed safely and within agreed timescales.
Requirements
To be successful as a 3.5T Multidrop Delivery Van Driver, you will need:

A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
*
Previous multi-drop delivery experience is preferred.
*
Good knowledge of Leeds and the surrounding areas.
*
To be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
*
Strong communication and time-management skills.
*
A reliable, punctual and customer-focused approach.
*
A smart and professional appearance.
