Assembly Operative
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Assembly Operative to join our client in Huddersfield.
This role involves working in the assembly area, fitting components such as runners, hinge plates, clips, hanging brackets, and similar fittings onto pre-drilled panels.
Key Responsibilities
* Assemble and fit components to pre-drilled panels accurately and efficiently
* Use hand tools and power tools, including cordless drills/screwdrivers
* Follow assembly instructions and quality standards
* Work safely and maintain a clean and organised work area
* Carry out tasks independently once training has been completed
Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in a similar assembly or manufacturing role would be an advantage
* Basic knowledge and confidence in using hand tools and cordless drills/screwdrivers
* Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
* Willingness to learn and develop within the role
Working Hours
