Proven leadership experience in IT management within professional services.
Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity practices.

Technology Strategy & Leadership
Define and deliver the organisation's IT and digital strategy
Lead, mentor and develop the IT team and external technology partners
Partner with senior stakeholders to align technology with business objectives
Own the IT roadmap, budget, governance and prioritisation of key initiatives
Cloud Infrastructure & Systems Management
Own and optimise the Microsoft technology stack, including Azure, Microsoft 365 and Business Central
Lead the development of a cloud infrastructure strategy for the business
Manage Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) for device compliance and security
Oversee Microsoft Entra ID for identity and access management
Ensure a resilient, scalable and high performing cloud environment
