RSW are looking to recruit a Materials Inspector for a permanent role with their client, a specialist manufacturer based in Newbridge. Excellent opportunity for progression and development with a reputable employer.

Main Purpose of Role

Inspect material for non compliance to customer drawing.

Outcomes of Role

* Satisfied internal and external customers

* Produce products of a high quality

* Work within a clean and tidy area

* Fully trained

* Achieve targets expected

Responsibilities

* Adhere to Standard Working Procedures

* Comply with all relevant Health and Safety practices

* Undertake necessary activities to ensure work place organisation

* Achieve expected output and quality targets

* Adhere to ESD procedures at all times

* Undertake training when required, within any section of the production area

* Train to work in line with IPC standards (soldering)

* Ensure that all company operating values and compliance procedures are adhered to at all times, including quality management, health and safety, legal stipulation, environmental policies and general duty of care.

* Any other duties deemed necessary.

Person Specification

* Adequate numeracy and literacy skills

* Previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment

* Previous electronic manufacturing experience is desirable

Working hours:

8am until 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am until 1pm Friday
