Teamforce Labour are currently looking for an experienced Groundwork Supervisor for immediate start in Ruislip.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme.
Oversee drainage and utility works, ensuring compliance with client specifications and industry standards.
Manage and coordinate site operatives, subcontractors, and plant.
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
Complete site documentation, including permits, daily records, and progress reports.
Liaise with the client, local authorities, and other stakeholders as required.
Conduct site briefings, toolbox talks, and ensure safe systems of work are followed.
Identify and resolve on-site issues to minimise delays and maintain productivity.
Provide a smooth handover with the existing supervisor before taking full responsibility for the role.Essential Requirements
Previous experience as a GW Supervisor within the utilities or water industry.
Strong drainage experience (essential).
EUSR Water Hygiene – Modules 1 & 2 (essential).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage site teams and maintain high standards of safety and quality.
Full UK Driving Licence.About Us:
