The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Digital Content Developer to join a growing digital learning team. You'll design and develop engaging, accessible eLearning solutions for a wide range of clients while mentoring junior developers and supporting the delivery of innovative digital learning projects.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop engaging eLearning using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
Create interactive digital learning from storyboards and subject matter expert content.
Produce multimedia assets including graphics, animation, audio and video.
Ensure all content meets WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards.
Package, test and deploy SCORM-compliant content through Learning Management Systems.
Carry out quality assurance, browser and accessibility testing.
Manage development projects, meeting quality standards and deadlines.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement and best practice.
Support client demonstrations, prototypes and digital learning innovations.
About You
You'll have proven experience developing high-quality eLearning, strong knowledge of Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, SCORM and Learning Management Systems, along with a creative eye for digital design and user experience. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is essential, while knowledge of HTML/CSS, H5P, Moodle or WordPress would be advantageous. Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills are also key.
