We are currently recruiting for an experienced Housing Officer to join a well-established housing organisation based in Glasgow's Southside on an initial 3-month contract, with the potential for extension.This is an excellent opportunity for a housing professional who can hit the ground running and deliver a high-quality service to tenants and residents.Your new role

Managing a designated housing management patch
Conducting tenancy visits and estate inspections
Managing tenancy sustainment and support activities
Investigating anti-social behaviour complaints and taking appropriate action
Managing rent arrears and income recovery cases
Responding to tenancy-related enquiries and housing management issues
Liaising with internal teams and external agencies to achieve positive outcomes for tenantsWhat you'll need to succeed

Previous experience working in a Housing Officer or Housing Management role
Strong knowledge of tenancy management, ASB and arrears recovery
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively
Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle is desirable.What you'll get in return
