Pope Francis Catholic Multi Academy Trust is seeking an exceptional People Partner to join our People Team at an exciting stage in our growth and development. About the Role

This is a varied and rewarding role for a confident HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships, managing complex casework and influencing positive organisational change.

Working closely with the Head of People and school leaders, you will:

Lead on disciplinary, grievance, capability, sickness absence and restructuring casework.
Provide expert HR advice and guidance to leaders and managers.
Support and improve recruitment processes across our schools.
Lead the ongoing implementation and development of the MyNewTerm recruitment platform.
Analyse workforce data and provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
Support organisational development, workforce planning and succession planning.
Deliver HR training and ensure compliance with employment legislation and safeguarding requirements.
Contribute to the development and delivery of the Trust People Plan.

About You

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR professional who can combine operational excellence with a collaborative and people-focused approach.

You will have:

CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience).
Significant experience managing complex employee relations casework.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
Experience advising leaders and managers on a wide range of HR matters.
Excellent communication, relationship-building and report-writing skills.
The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
A commitment to staff wellbeing, inclusion and continuous improvement.

Desirable

CIPD Level 7 qualification.
Experience within education, academy trusts or maintained schools.
Safer Recruitment qualification.
Experience supporting organisational change and restructuring projects.
