Requirements
Essential
* Proven Aluminium MIG welding experience.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
* Fabrication experience in a workshop environment.
* Ability to work accurately to tight tolerances.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
Desirable
* TIG welding experience.
* Previous experience working on structural or infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
* MIG weld aluminium plates and components to engineering specifications.
* Fabricate components in line with technical drawings.
* Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
* Operate workshop machinery and hand tools safely.
* Inspect your own work to ensure it meets quality standards.
* Complete work within agreed production timescales.
* Report any equipment faults or defects.
* Complete job records and maintain traceability.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
