Working closely with the Payroll Manager, you'll support the full weekly payroll cycle, ensuring every colleague is paid correctly and on time. Key Responsibilities

Input, verify, and reconcile hours, overtime, shift premiums, and absence data.
Compile and submit weekly pension contributions, ensuring compliance with scheme rules.
Validate inputs, investigate discrepancies, and maintain clean, audit‑ready records.
Support the Payroll Manager in finalising payroll, producing reports, and ensuring timely sign‑off.
Assist with routine payroll and pension queries, providing clear and friendly responses.
Maintain GDPR standards, support audits, and help prepare weekly payroll summaries.

What You'll Bring

Payroll processing experience within a weekly or high‑volume environment.
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
Confidence using payroll systems and Excel.
A proactive, organised approach and be able to work to tight weekly deadlines.
A collaborative mindset, supporting the Payroll Manager and wider HR/Finance teams.
