Fire & Security Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Fire & Security Engineer to join a well-established and growing service team covering Worcestershire and surrounding areas. This is a field-based role where you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a variety of fire and security systems across commercial properties and public sector sites.

Fire & Security Role & Responsibilities
* Service, maintain, fault-find and repair fire and security systems.
* Work on Fire Alarms, CCTV, Intruder Alarms and Access Control systems.
* Carry out small remedial works and system upgrades where required.
* Cover Worcestershire and parts of Gloucestershire.
* Provide professional on-site technical support to customers.
* Complete accurate service reports, job sheets and related documentation.
* Participate in a paid out-of-hours call-out rota.
* Work across a range of commercial properties, including libraries and children's centres.
* Deliver work in line with current industry standards and company procedures.
Fire & Security Skills & Experience
* Previous experience servicing and maintaining fire and/or security systems.
* Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
* Experience with one or more of the following, Fire Alarms, CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Access Control
* Full UK driving licence.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
* Industry qualifications or manufacturer training.
* Experience working within commercial environments.
