Are you organised, people-focused, and ready to build your career in HR and recruitment?
We’re looking for a proactive People & Talent Coordinator to join our growing People & Talent team at Green Frog Connect.
This is a varied role for someone who enjoys the detail of HR administration but also wants exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and wider people projects. You’ll support the full employee lifecycle, from helping us attract and onboard new starters through to maintaining accurate people records, coordinating key HR processes and helping the People & Talent function run smoothly.
This would suit someone with experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination, internal recruitment, agency recruitment, office administration or a similar people-focused role who is ready to take the next step.

We are an accredited Independent Connection Provider and EPC contractor, designing and building high-voltage electricity connections and power infrastructure for renewable energy, battery storage, industrial, commercial and EV charging projects.

The Role
As our People & Talent Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the People & Talent Manager to support both HR and recruitment activity across the business.
You’ll be involved in recruitment administration, candidate communication, onboarding, employee records, HR systems, training coordination, internal communications and general people support. No two days will be exactly the same, so we’re looking for someone who is happy to get stuck in, take ownership of tasks and help improve how we do things.

What You’ll Be Doing
Recruitment and Talent Support
*
Posting job adverts across relevant platforms.
*
Supporting candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
*
Scheduling interviews and liaising with hiring managers.
*
Keeping recruitment trackers and candidate records up to date.
*
Supporting offer letters, contracts and new starter paperwork.
*
Helping to improve job adverts, candidate experience and recruitment processes.
*
Supporting talent pooling and direct sourcing activity where appropriate.
HR and People Administration
*
Maintaining accurate employee records on the HR system.
*
Processing starters, leavers and employee changes.
*
Supporting onboarding and induction administration.
*
Preparing HR letters, documents and templates.
*
Tracking probation periods, absence, holidays and key employee dates.
*
Supporting training records, reminders and coordination.
*
Assisting with benefits administration and employee communications.
*
Helping with internal surveys, engagement activity and wellbeing initiatives.
Wider People & Talent Support
*
Supporting HR projects and process improvements.
*
Helping keep policies, templates and workflows up to date.
*
Producing simple reports and people data when required.
*
Supporting compliance checks and audits.
*
Acting as a friendly and professional first point of contact for basic People & Talent queries.
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need to know everything already, but you’ll need to be organised, proactive and confident working with people.
We’re looking for someone who has:
*
Experience in HR administration, recruitment, onboarding, office administration or a similar coordinator role.
*
Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail.
*
Confidence communicating with employees, candidates and managers.
*
A professional and confidential approach.
*
Good written communication skills.
*
Comfortable using systems, spreadsheets and Microsoft Office.
*
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to get involved.
*
The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
*
An interest in developing a career in HR, recruitment or People and Talent.
A CIPD qualification, or working towards CIPD Level 3, would be beneficial but is not essential.
