Hays is recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to support a large-scale security upgrade project within a secure environment in South Littleton.

Your New RoleYou will take responsibility for managing on-site delivery of construction works, ensuring that the project is completed safely, efficiently, and programmed within a secure, operational environment.

Key duties include:

Overseeing subcontractors
Managing site operations, logistics, and workforce coordination
Ensuring compliance with strict security protocols and procedures
Working closely with stakeholders to maintain programme timelines
Supporting escorting requirements and secure access arrangements
What You'll Need to Succeed

Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction or similar environments
Strong experience managing subcontractors and site delivery
Ability to work within highly secure or regulated environments
Security clearance is highly desirable (flexibility may be considered depending on risk assessment)
